What do I need to become an affiliate?

The first step to earning a commission is to send us a message with your full name, email, country and any other relevant details. We’ll set up an affiliate account for you and send an email with our partnership details and other useful information.

After registering for the Swayd Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique referral link and a coupon code. Share these on your website and with your social media contacts. For every product purchased using your link or coupon code, you will earn a commission from Swayd.

What is Swayd Affiliate Program?

The Swayd Affiliate Program is an arrangement between Swayd and the Affiliate, where the Affiliate earns a commission each time a customer makes a purchase using the Affiliate’s unique referral link or coupon code. This applies only to customers making their first purchase from our website.

How does it work?

Once you are enrolled in the Swayd Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique referral link and a coupon code, which you can share with your friends and subscribers.
You will also have access to the Affiliate dashboard, where you can track your performance data.

Why do I need to provide my full name and SSN/company tax ID?

Due to legal requirements, starting January 2024 we have an obligation to fill the 1099 tax form for you. Without your full name and SSN/company tax ID, we won’t be able to pay out your commission.

How much will I earn?

Your affiliate commission is 13% for every pair of shoes sold, except for Adventure and Flow shoes.

How does the affiliate link work?

When someone clicks on your affiliate link, a cookie is placed on their browser, tracking any sale made within the next 30 days. After each sale, you’ll receive your commission, even if the customer didn’t use your affiliate coupon code.

How does the affiliate coupon work?

When someone applies your affiliate coupon code in their cart, it tracks the current sale and counts toward your commission, regardless of whether the customer accessed the website via your affiliate link.
The affiliate coupon code provides your customers with a discount and can only be applied to the first purchase made on the website.

How are my sales tracked?

Sales are tracked when a customer:
a) Clicks through your affiliate link and completes a purchase.
b) Applies your affiliate coupon code and completes a purchase.
C) Does both.
When a link is clicked, a cookie is placed on the browser and tracks any sale that occurs within the following 30 days.

Who can become Swayd affiliate?

The only condition is that an Affiliate must be an adult. Otherwise, Swayd Affiliate Program is open for anyone!

When will I get paid?

Affiliates are paid monthly.
Keep in mind that there is a 60-day delay between a customer’s purchase and the payment.
Your accrued balance must be more than $50.

Why was my commission voided?

The most common reason for voided commission is customer order cancellation.
If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us at support@swaydco.com.

Why was my affiliate account deleted?

If your affiliate account stays inactive for over a year, it will be deleted from our system. If you would like to resume your affiliate activity, there’s no problem – just contact us via Swayd Contact Us form, or drop us an email at support@swaydco.

How can I see customer sales?

Visit your dashboard on the Swayd website (you should have received the link to it in your setup email). You will be able to see all your performance data.
