TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you participate in this Big Drawing (“the Drawing”), you fully accept these general terms and conditions of SWAYD and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Drawing. SWAYD may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. SWAYD may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of SWAYD are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER

The entry procedure and dates are described above. There is no entry fee to enter the Drawing. Placing an order on one of our websites (swaydshoes.com, swayd.eu, or swaydshoes.co.uk) is a condition of entering the Drawing; the order must contain at least one pair of SWAYD dance shoes and be fully paid by the end of the Drawing.

THE WINNER

The Winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The Winner will be notified by email within five business days after the closing date of the Drawing. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, SWAYD reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner. SWAYD’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party. 

PRIZE

The Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Therabody Inc. (“Theragun”).

The promotional prize shall be a Portable Massager Theragun mini by Therabody Inc. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The delivery fees are the responsibility of the Winner.

The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state, and local taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the Prizes (or any portion thereof), as applicable. The Winner acknowledges that SWAYD and all other businesses associated with SWAYD do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, quality or conditions of any aspect of the Prize.

PERSONAL DATA

By participating in a Drawing, the Winner agrees that SWAYD may use the Winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting on SWAYD websites, SWAYD Instagram and/or Facebook post, SWAYD Instagram and/or Facebook stories. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Drawing each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless SWAYD, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Drawing or the acceptance of the Prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

SWAYD reserves its right to cancel the Drawing at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
